Acceptance of orders;

By working with secure payment processors, Pravera Ltd. validate your order and the payment details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, Pravera Ltd. will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

Your order is then subject to further validation checks that Pravera Ltd. may choose to make. If your order passes our validation checks Pravera Ltd. will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Pravera Ltd. reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If any items are not available and you paid using a debit or credit card or PayPal you will not be charged for the cancelled items.

Pravera Ltd. accept most major credit cards and PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account when Pravera Ltd. despatch your purchase.

Price Information;

www.alyuna.co.uk has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time. All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and include VAT where appropriate.

Offers and Discount Voucher Codes;

Only one voucher code is permitted per order and it must be entered correctly in the voucher code box provided at the checkout page. When entered correctly the voucher code gift or discount will show in your basket. A voucher code cannot be added to your order after your order has been paid and confirmed.

When a voucher code requires a minimum spend, the minimum spend excludes delivery fees, taxes and sample size products. When returning items from your order, if you used a discount voucher and your order no longer qualifies, the voucher value will be deducted from your refund; if you used a free gift voucher and your order no longer qualifies, the free gift must be returned un-opened and un-damaged or its value will be deducted from your refund. When a voucher code provides a free gift, the free gift is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Voucher codes cannot not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Gift voucher codes are valid for 12 months from the issue date. Other voucher codes are valid for a specific period of time and may be limited to a specific product or product category / range.

Discount codes exclude all sale and promotion items.

Cancellation and Returns;

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date on which you receive the goods by sending Pravera Ltd a notice of cancellation in writing and returning the goods to Pravera Ltd in their original, unopened and unused condition. Pravera Ltd. are not able to stop processed orders from dispatch, even if you send us notice of cancellation before receiving your Dispatch Confirmation.

Delivery;

alyuna.co.uk delivers to the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. Our delivery options are as follows;

Standard Delivery: £3.50

FREE for orders over £30.00

Usually 2-4 working days to any UK address.

Tracked Delivery: £7.00

Delivery the following working day for orders placed before 12pm any working day. UK Islands, Highlands and remote areas may require two working days for delivery.

Delayed / Lost orders;

Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for over 14 working days. Though it is highly unlikely for deliveries to take this amount of time, Pravera Ltd. are unable to provide a refund until this period of time has elapsed. Pravera Ltd. is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.

Recipients Signature;

For securing reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address when placing an order where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to Pravera Ltd. and you will need to arrange with Pravera Ltd. a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.

Wrong Address / Corrections;

Pravera Ltd. are not able to make address changes or corrections to orders once placed. If the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, Pravera Ltd. are not responsible for the loss of your order. In the case that your address is incorrect or incomplete your order may be returned to Pravera Ltd. or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which Pravera Ltd. will in turn add to your order. If your order is returned to Pravera Ltd. due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address

Returns;

Pravera Ltd. will offer you a refund on unopened items purchased through the www.alyuna.co.uk website and returned to Pravera Ltd. with 28 day or receipt provided that they are in their original re-saleable condition. Pravera Ltd. will issue a refund (excluding delivery fees) within 14 working days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.

When returning items from your order, if you used a discount voucher and your order no longer qualifies, the voucher value will be deducted from your refund; if you used a free gift voucher and your order no longer qualifies, the free gift must be returned un-opened and un-damaged or its value will be deducted from your refund.

To return any items purchased contact hello@alyuna.co.uk or fill in the contact form on this website, including your order reference number and information of which items you wish to return. Your will then be sent a Returns Authorisation Code and instructions on how to return the items. Returns cannot be processed by Pravera Ltd. without a Returns Authorisation Code.

The item(s) is you responsibility until it reaches Pravera Ltd. It is recommended that you return items by recorded delivery or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) as Pravera Ltd. is not liable for lost returned parcels. Pravera Ltd. is not liable for the cost of returning any goods. The address for returns is;

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene Pravera Ltd. are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods unless they are faulty. Pravera Ltd. will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Eligible refunds will be made by the original payment method no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Pravera Ltd. reserves the right to monitor customer cancellations or returns and charge administration fees, payment processing fees and refuse returns if a customer is repeatedly found to be buying and returning goods. Each return is assessed on an individual basis taking the customer history into consideration.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items; 

It is recommended that you inspect your entire delivery upon receipt of it. If an item arrives damaged or in error please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email at hello@alyuna.co.uk or through the contact us from on this website with your order number and a photograph to show the damaged or wrong product.  

Pravera Ltd. will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge and may ask for the damaged or wrong item to be returned in its original packaging.

If an item is missing from your order please inspect the panel for any damage or signs that it has been tampered with. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email at hello@alyuna.co.uk or through the contact us from on this website with your order number and any details on the missing item(s).

Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return.

You statutory rights are not affected.
